How much is delivery?
Delivery is £2.99 for orders under £75. Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery. Prices include VAT.
When will my order be delivery?
Deliveries are usually within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase. We’ll send you an email to let you know when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders will be sent via Parcel Force registered delivery. Delivery will be between Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. Sorry, but we don’t offer Saturday deliveries right now.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll send your tracking information in an email when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5.30pm. If no one is in when the courier knocks, a card will be left with details on how to rearrange delivery.
Our couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel three times. After the third attempt your parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a subsidiary delivery fee of £2.99 will apply.
Can I get free delivery?
Spend over £75 in one go and you’ll qualify for free delivery.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time.
One of my items is missing from my order
We don’t always send all items in the same order. Your dispatch note will tell you which items have been shipped and if any are coming in a separate parcel.
If the dispatch note lists an item that wasn’t delivered, please contact Customer Services on 01902 420514
Please let us know your order number and the product code of the missing item when you contact us.
