You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless your entire order is cancelled within seven (7) working days of receipt of goods. Non Returnable Items

Non returnable items include those made to your specification, clearly personalised items, or items which by reason of their nature cannot be returned (such as hosiery) or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund is payable to you, we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order.

UK Delivery options

UK orders for delivery to a UK address have two (2) delivery options – Express delivery or Standard delivery. Please see below for further information about UK delivery options.

We occasionally run offers on delivery costs where, for example, we will upgrade you to Express delivery for the same cost as Standard delivery. Please see "UK Delivery option: Express delivery".

Delivery times depend on the delivery service selected and the types of goods ordered. We always aim to despatch all goods in stock as quickly as possible. The maximum UK delivery lead time for goods is 30 days unless specifically agreed with you.

Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit, a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery. Our courier’s will deliver until 9pm in most areas!

The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.

UK Delivery option: Express delivery

If you select our Express delivery option, and your UK order is placed and accepted before 2pm Monday to Thursday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door within 1-2 days provided the next day is not a UK bank or public holiday. If you place an order after 2pm on a Thursday, or on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday then we aim to have the goods delivered the following Tuesday.

If your order is over five (5) units we will endeavour to ship the whole order as requested, however larger orders may be delivered in seperate parcels (see "Split Delivery"). This may result in a delay in the despatch of your order. When despatched, your order will be sent on a next day delivery service.

Express delivery is not available for certain areas of the UK including the Highlands and the Channel Islands. For a full list of available postcodes pleasecontact Customer Services If the delivery destination is located in an area where Express delivery is not available, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

UK Delivery option: Standard delivery

If you do not select the Express delivery option you will receive your goods via standard delivery. We aim to have all accepted UK orders placed before 2pm despatched within five (5) working days, although this time may be extended if your order is placed close to a UK bank or public holiday.

Delivery of pre-order items

If you have ordered pre-order items with a launch date, we will then reserve your total order until the launch date. The total order will be despatch from us on or before the day of the launch.

Split delivery

We may split delivery of your order into several parts based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this facility. Any additional consignments for delivery in the UK will be sent using the Express delivery service to ensure they are with you as soon as possible. Please see "UK Delivery option: Express Delivery".

Free delivery offers

Free delivery offers only apply to UK Mainland orders and are not available for certain areas of the UK, including the highlands and the Channel Islands. Free delivery offers are sent using Standard delivery service, please see "UK Delivery option: Standard delivery". Free delivery offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code.

Non Returnable items

Some items are non returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes underwear, earings and any other intimate items.
