Refunds Policy

What’s your return policy?

We know sometimes you need time to make your mind up, so we offer a 14 day return policy.

You may return most items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

You will be fully refunded, including cost of return, for any product that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped or any circumstance that is in our error. Alternatively, if you wish to exchange an item, please use our Exchange form.

If the return is not as a result of an error on our behalf, you will be expected to cover the costs of the return postage.

We will not issue refunds for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the date of delivery
  • Any purchase that has obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.

To arrange collection of an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error, please send us an email. Or call Customer Services on 0845 034 3398.

The returned item must be received by our returns department within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. You can exchange any item, as long as it is in its original condition. For faulty items, please contact Customer Services on 0845 034 3398

Exchanged items must be received by us within 28 days of the date of delivery.

We will not exchange items that:

  • Are returned more than 28 days after date of delivery.
  • Have obvious signs of use.
  • Are not in its original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts.

Please allow 2 weeks for Exchanges for in-stock items. Backordered items may take longer.
